ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਿਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਘੱਟ ਉਮਰ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਦੇਖਣ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ “Heart Disease-Free Punjab” ਦੇ ਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਤਹਿਤ ਲਗਾਏ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਰਟ ਚੈੱਕਅੱਪ ਕੈਂਪ, CPR ਟ੍ਰੇਨਿੰਗ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਗਰੂਕਤਾ ਪੈਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਉਪਰਾਲੇ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹਨ।

 हार्ट डिजीज फ्री वर्ल्ड फाउंडेशन (NGO) द्वारा प्रथम निःशुल्क हृदय रोग जांच एवं परामर्श शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। इस शिविर में ईसीजी (ECG), ईको (ECHO), (टीएमटी)सहित आवश्यक जांचें की गईं तथा जरूरतमंद मरीजों को निःशुल्क दवाइयाँ भी वितरित की गईं।
