Heart Disease Free World (HDFW) Foundation is a Government of India approved non-profit organisation, registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act 2013. We are committed to fighting the fastest-growing silent epidemic—Heart Disease, which today stands as the leading cause of death worldwide (32% of total deaths) and contributes to nearly 27% of all deaths in India. Even more alarming is the rise of heart attacks in young age groups, with increasing cases between 25–45 years.
