HDFW Heart Disease Free World Foundation is a Government of India–approved non-profit organisation, registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013. We are dedicated to fighting the fastest-growing silent epidemic—Heart Disease, which today is the leading cause of death worldwide (32% of all deaths) and contributes to nearly 27% of total deaths in India. Even more concerning is the rapid rise of heart attacks among younger age groups, especially between 25–45 years.

हार्ट डिजीज फ्री वर्ल्ड फाउंडेशन (NGO) द्वारा प्रथम निःशुल्क हृदय रोग जांच एवं परामर्श शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। इस शिविर में ईसीजी (ECG), ईको (ECHO), (टीएमटी)सहित आवश्यक जांचें की गईं तथा जरूरतमंद मरीजों को निःशुल्क दवाइयाँ भी वितरित की गईं।
